Darlington, SC – The Darlington High School Marching Falcon Band is proud to announce the graduation of over 30 outstanding senior band members who have collectively earned more than $10.5 million in college scholarships. This extraordinary accomplishment marks a historic moment for the band program and the school community.

These talented musicians and student leaders leave behind a legacy of excellence, both on the field and in the classroom. The graduating class boasts an impressive average GPA of 3.4, demonstrating that academic achievement remains a priority alongside musical commitment.


“This is more than just a victory for our band—it’s a testament to the hard work, discipline, and resilience of our students,” said Dr. Brendan L. Johnson, Director of Bands at Darlington High School. “Each of these seniors represents the heart of what we strive for: academic strength, artistic excellence, and a commitment to future success.”
