Darlington High School Assistant Director of Bands and Darlington Middle School Director Choral Studies Johnus Greenlee was chosen to conduct the All County Chorus.
Mr. Johnus Greenlee is currently the Chorus Director at Darlington Middle School in Darlington, SC. Mr. Greenlee also serves as the Assistant Director of Bands for the Darlington High School Marching Falcons. Before his tenure at Darlington Middle School, Mr. Greenlee served as the Director of Music at St. Johns Elementary School, where he formed the first-ever Elementary Band in Darlington County School District.
Mr. Greenlee was selected to conduct the All County Middle School Chorus for the Darlington County School District All County Clinic. The All County chorus consisted of groups from all middle schools in the Darlington County School District. Mr. Greenlee stated that
"I am beyond honored to be selected to conduct the All County Chorus for Darlington County School District".
Mr. Greenlee has been teaching in Darlington County School District for 6 years in multiple capacities. Mr. Greenlee is from Chicago, IL where he was born, raised, and groomed for the music classroom. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Music from Bethune - Cookman University where he and the current Director of Bands Brendan Johnson joined the ranks on the field for the Marching Wildcats. Mr. Greenlee is currently in the process of obtaining his Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.
